Subject: I cannot control my UHD-PRO3 switch via a TCP/IP control system but can control it using the web-interface.
Troubleshooting:
- See if you can access the web-GUI of the matrix – If you can connect to the matrix’s web-GUI you are on the right network. If you have issues accessing the web-GUI see this article.
- If you cannot access the web-GUI Check that your PC/control system is on the same network as the matrix.
- Check your anti-virus/firewall to ensure its not filtering the web-GUI of the matrix. See this article for more info.
Explanation:
If you are able to access the web interface and make input/output changes of the matrix (which confirms the matrix works) but unable to control is through a TCP/IP control system, you may have Telnet login mode turned on:
