Can I use the Network Streaming feature for IMAG

Question: Can I use the network streaming feature of the HDVS-CAM's for IMAG (Image Magnification)?

Answer: It is not recommended to use the network stream for live production environments that require low latency. This is due to the compression formats being used (H.264 or H.265), this introduces about 5-15 seconds worth of latency into the network stream.

The network stream feature is best used for sending video to a remote location that will not be able to tell the time difference.

If you are going to use one of the HDVS Cameras for live production it is recommended that you use the uncompressed video feed that is available via HDMI or HDBaseT. This will provide the lowest latency for IMAG.
