Challenge: Touchpanels refreshing in the middle of a meeting or turning white and staying white.
Troubleshooting: Swipe left to right on your touch panel, select Refresh Page. If the screen returns to normal, then see the solution below.
Solution: Login to your Velocity gateway. Navigate to Settings, Tools, Control Page. Change the Refresh Page Rate to 0. This will prevent any future refreshes from turning your touch panels white.
