SKUs: AT-VGW-250, AT-VGW-HW-3, AT-VGW-HW-10, AT-VGW-HW-20, AT-VGW-SW
Challenge: Velocity shows that the projector is connected but you cannot control it.
Open the logs page of the projector in Velocity and see what the communication is between Velocity and the projector.
If you are seeing the TCP Device Response similar to the image below, the projector is in password protect-mode and needs a 32 byte hash value sent to it in order to begin control.
Velocity needs the projector to be in non-protect mode.
To set the projector to non-protect mode:
Username: dispadmin
Password: @Panasonic
Upon first login, you will be prompted to change the password.
Set the username to: dispadmin and leave the password fields blank, then click "Change."
User name: dispadmin
Password:
Password(Retype):
*Refer to your specific projector manual to see the password reset procedure if different than above.
Once saved, the projector will be in non-protect mode and Velocity will be able to control it.
To verify that the projector is in non-protect mode view the logs again and it should look something like this.
