The AMS or Velocity virtual machine will not run on a Windows PC.

Solution:

Enable Virtualization in the BIOS.

Note: not all computers support virtualization.

1. Check to see if Virtualization is disabled on your PC.

Open command prompt and type "systeminfo.exe" and hit <enter>

After this runs you will see at the very bottom of the list of Hyper-V requirements:

If Virtualization is not enabled in firmware then you need to enable it.

To enable virtualization go to Windows Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Advanced Startup > Restart Now > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > UEFI Firmware Settings > Restart > F10 for BIOS Setup > System Configuration > Virtualization Technology > Enabled > Save and Exit > Yes

Once it reboots try launching Oracle Virtual Box and AMS-SW or VGW-SW again.

***Note: If you do not see an option to enable Intel Virtualization, your CPU might not support this feature.
