How to reset your OPUS matrix
Introduction
Atlona understands that sometimes you may need to reset the OPUS for various reasons, thus we have several options to allow you to achieve this task
You can reset your OPUS to factory defaults. This will erase all settings and set your OPUS to DHCP mode.

Using TCP/IP (Telnet) or RS232 (serial):
Using the webGUI:
You are able to reset the OPUS with the onboard webGUI, if you are needing assistance getting to the webGUI please see this article: https://support.atlona.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047018573
The Factory reset button can be found under "control" -> "control settings" -> "factory default"
Using the front panel:
On the front panel of the matrix you can press and Hold “EDID” and “Info” for 7 (seven) seconds, you will not get a report from the matrix during this time. After you release the "EDID" and "Info" button wait for the unit to come back up, about 30 seconds. It is then advised that you power cycle the matrix for 1 minute afterwards.
Using TCP/IP (Telnet) or RS232 (serial):
You can send the following command to the opus using telnet or serial (via PuTTY, HTERM, or other terminal emulator:
Mreset<carriage return>
Once sent you should get an echo from the OPUS of: "Mreset<carriage return>.
Once sent wait for the unit to come back up, about 30 seconds. It is then advised that you power cycle the matrix for 1 minute afterwards.
Note: use your emulators carriage return such as (x0D, \r, Hx0D, "enter" key ect)
