Troubleshooting
If you are using Analyzer software to update an HDR extender, you may not be able to find a COM port or you may get the "Boot connect failed!" error.
If you are using the Windows batch file to update a UHD extender, you may get the "Error: Could not find target. Please check board connectivity" error.
To confirm a missing driver, plug your USB extender into your Windows computer using a mini USB cable.

Driver Installation
If your extender is one of the following:
- AT-UHD-EX-70-2PS
- AT-HDR-EX-70-2PS
Download the Prolific Driver. Open the zip file, extract all files, and run the installer program.
If your extender is one of the following:
- AT-UHD-EX-70C
- AT-UHD-EX-100CE
- AT-UHD-EX-100CEA
- AT-HDR-EX-70C
- AT-HDR-EX-100CEA
Download the MaxLinear Driver and extract. Go to Device Manager, right click on the USB Device, select Check for Updates. Then point this to the folder with the MaxLiner Driver in it where it was saved.
Once you have installed the appropriate driver, unplug your extender USB cable, then plug it back in. You may then perform the extender update procedure again.
