Challenge: AT-HDR-M2C is Unresponsive


The AT-HDR-M2C can become unresponsive when firmware updates have failed and must then be updated via USB. The AT-HDR-M2C can be updated using Win XP, Vista and Win7. Windows 8 and Windows 10 treat the firmware file differently which can cause issues with firmware updates. Booting Windows 8 or Windows 10 in Safe Mode will also work. If you need to use a Mac, please use VM Fusion with Windows or Bootcamp (running Win 7 or earlier). Please note that Parallels will not work.
