If your VTPG is not grabbing an IP address, and will not progress beyond the network setup screen, and you know there is an active network (with or without a DHCP server available), the Network Interface Card (NIC) may be disabled on the VTPG. To check:
1. Pull power from the VTPG
2. Hold either the (+) or (-) Volume key while booting the VTPG back up.
Vol+ enables/disables Wi-Fi, and Vol- enables/disables wired/LAN. You should see a message on screen during boot to confirm the change.
