Configuring Power Settings for VTPG-1000

Velocity 2.8.2 power services are enabled. They need to be disabled so as not to get low battery issues. In future updates this will be disabled by default. 

To access and manage the power settings for your VTPG-1000 device, follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the Settings menu
2. Select the Gateway tab
3. Scroll down to find the Power Settings section

Managing Power Service

If you need to enable Power Service:

1. Click on "Manage Power Service"
2. Click on "Enable Power Service"

Once enabled, you'll have access to additional features like "Capture Power Data".

manually disable it:

1. Click on "Manage Power Service"
2. Click on "Disable Power Service"

Note: The appearance and options in the Power Settings section may vary slightly depending on whether Power Service is enabled or disabled.
