Explanation: Due to a recent discovery where (some) USB speakerphones hosted on the RX unit’s “HOST” USB port (
) exhibited crackling audio, a firmware update of version 1.0.15 blocks the USB port from being used. Current HDVS-300 units are shipping with the USB port blocked off by an insert.
