Symptoms: After a firmware update there is lack of control, video stops passing on a single or multiple displays, or there are other intermittent issue until a hard power cycle takes place. The issue does not go away, even after a few power cycles.
Solution:
If you are having unexplained and various/random issues with your AT-UHD-PRO3 matrix after performing a firmware update we would ask you to do a Master reset.
Please note: Save your system settings in the web GUI of the matrix as a factory reset will clear these.
To reset an AT-UHD-PRO3 matrix, you can use one of three methods (firmware version 13 or later):
Front panel:
RS232/telnet:
Connect to the matrix using either RS232 or Telnet and send the following command:
"Mreset" followed by a carriage return (no quotations)
Web GUI:
With access to the web interface of an AT-UHD-PRO3 matrix, access the "Control" tab of the web-gui. Then click the "Reset Now" button under Factory Default.
Your matrix will be back to DHCP and default settings once completed. You may now reload the system settings in the webGUI.
