SKU: AT-HDVS-200-TX, AT-HDVS-200-RX, AT-HDVS-200-TX-WP

Subject: AT-HDVS-200-TX/RX Quick Start Guide

Once you have installed your AT-HDVS-200-TX and AT-HDVS-200-RX you will want to set up the unit by way of the onboard webGUI. To access the webGUI please follow the steps shown in this article

The first step you will want to do is go into the transmitters webGUI, once you log in you will be greeted by the Info page:

Here you will see the model name, software revision, valens (HDBaseT) version, current input port, the current video and audio format, and what the receiving unit is.

Video tab:

The next tab we will look at is the Video tab, on this tab you can select the input using the “Input Selection” drop down menu, this is a hard trigger and will change the input in real time.

*Note it is not recommended to use the webGUI

VGA Adjust:

This button will adjust the VGA input to match the output format, you should do this while the VGA input is selected and passing video.

Auto switch:

For most installs this is not necessary to change, it is off by default, but in some instances you will want to have the unit switch to an input that has just been plugged in, and go back to a fallback port when the signal is removed:

  • Auto Switch Mode:
    • On: anytime a new signal is present the switch will automatically switch to that port
    • Off: (default) When a new signal is present, no switch happens
  • Fallback Port:
    • Previous (default)
    • HDMI1
    • HDMI2
    • VGA

In most set ups where this is used most customers will either select previous port or the port of a permanent source

  • Fallback timer: set this to the time between loss of signal and when the fallback occurs

We then follow the Video tab with the Audio tab, most installs will not require these setting to be changed:

  • HDMI audio *Note: This option is only selectable when in kit mode
    • HDMI 1
      • Auto:default
    • HDMI 2
      • Auto: default
    • Audio Freerun status:
      • On: not recommended, this will allow audio with out video present, this will also disable control and auto switching
      • Off: Default: Recommended, audio will require video to pass control and auto switching will operate normally
    • Output audio
      • Mute
        • Off: default: audio will pass
        • On: audio will not pass
      • Output volume
        • Output: global volume slider to adjust volume up and down (range is -80dB to +/-0dB)
        • Bass: adjust the bass levels of the output (range is -12dB to +15dB)
        • Treble: adjust the treble levels of the output (range is -12dB to +15dB)

The display tab sets up control of the display:

  • CEC:
    • On: test CEC on
    • Off: test CEC off

*Note: CEC is not a standardized format, Atlona cannot guarantee uniform functionality across all display manufacturers

  • System Settings:
