KB01140 - HDVS-150 System not passing any audio after doing so in the past

Problem: Not passing any audio after doing so in the past
 
Signal path: sources(i.e. laptops) --> at-hdvs-150-tx-->at-hdvs-150-rx-->display(with local tv speakers)
 
Troubleshooting:
  • Is the TV still passing audio?
  • Can you confirm if the volume is turned up on the TV? Does plugging a source (i.e. computer directly into display allow audio to pass?) 
  • Can you confirm if the volume is turned up on the TV? Does plugging a source (i.e. computer directly into display allow audio to pass?)
  • Does plugging a source (i.e. computer) directly into display allow audio to pass?

Solution: Without ruling out the Atlona as a culprit, it's also highly likely that the display is not passing any audio. If a computer is plugged directly into the display and audio does not pass, this confirms the TV is not playing back audio correctly or there is an issue with that specific source. Please try another source to confirm if this works on the TV.

If another source works when passing directly to the TV, connect this source through the Atlona system and see if video and audio pass correctly.
