Troubleshooting:

If you have confirmed that your source is outputting a signal in a resolution, refresh rate and chroma subsampling combination that is listed as being supported (above), please try these steps to troubleshoot issues with video playback:

  • You have confirmed that you can connect the source in question directly to the TV being used and pass the resolution being sent to the HDR-H2H unit (for example you can send 4K @ 60hz  with 4:2:0 subsampling).
  • You have confirmed that another 4K format, such as 4K at 24/30hz at 4:4:4 or 4:2:2 are able to pass.

*Please note: The HDR-H2H-44M does not support 4K with Chroma Subsampling 4:2:0 unless timing is set to 50/60 Hz. Any other timing with (such as 4K @ 30hz 4:2:0) will not pass video through*

Please note: The HDR-H2H-44M supports a wide variety of resolutions and refresh rate, for Chroma Subsampling 4:2:0 please use 4K sources with refresh rate set to 50 or 60hz, for all other Chroma Subsampling, please use one of the resolutions/refresh rates.

If you find that a specific resolution is not working that is listed as compatible in the chart above, please contact Atlona Technical Support for further assistance.
